Linseed
Linseed effectively improve digestive system, calms inflammations and protects the stomach and intestines. Linseed consist of high levels of tiamine, manganese, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and many B group vitamins. They go well with porridges, yoghurt and kefir. You can also put them into salads, stews and various baked dishes. Roasted linseed are perfect for salads.
Wash them before using.
You can also consume smashed or grinded linseed.
